As part of the certification process, a product or service is required to support a minimum of one of the six directives that Jesus gave us in Matthew 25:
The Judgment of Nations I. COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT. Manufacturing/providing brand must have a community involvement program aligned with at least one of the following six categories: (a) Feed the hungry (b) Give drink to the thirsty (c) Welcome a stranger (d) Clothe the naked (e) Care for the sick (f) Visit those in prison The OVerus Organization must go above and beyond the minimum. Our community involvement policy is to support not just one, but ministries in all six of these categories. |
